Do you have à la carte services?
Absolutely! Each member of Next Level TC Services is a licensed agent and can assist in writing offers or drafting up listing docs for you! We can add any à la carte services to your package deal for full service!
What hours do you work?
Next Level TC Services is fully operational Monday-Friday 8a-5p. We are happy to help on nights and weekends, if available.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! If you refer another agent to Next Level, we will cut you a check for $325 upon the referred agent's first closing with us!
Can you customize your client concierge templates for me?
Of course! We have a base template we use for all client emails and are more than happy to customize it to your liking to add or remove anything you'd like!
When and how do I pay you?
Next Level TC Services will send an invoice every month for any deal that closed for you in the prior month via Quickbooks! We only get paid if you get paid!
